Studded Tubes
Ideal for high-fouling and corrosive environments, such as refinery fired heaters, studded tubes resist soot build-up and can withstand aggressive cleaning methods. The studs are welded onto the tube via electric resistance welding, ensuring durability. We offer a wide range of material combinations, including carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel, with tube outer diameters ranging from 60 to 219 mm.
Spiral Finned Tubes
Featuring continuous welded fins, spiral finned tubes are widely used in equipment like boiler economisers, steam air heaters, and tank heating coils. These tubes provide high heat transfer efficiency and can be bent into U-tubes without welded joints. Available in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel-chromium alloys, they come in outer diameters ranging from 20 to 219 mm.
Longitudinal Finned Tubes
Designed with U-shaped channels welded via electric resistance, these tubes are particularly suited for specialized heat exchangers in chemical and petrochemical plants. Made from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, or high nickel alloys, longitudinal finned tubes offer flexibility for custom heat exchanger solutions. Tube diameters range from 16 to 76 mm.
Cast Iron Protected Tubes
These tubes combine steel tubes with cast iron fins to provide enhanced surface area while protecting the inner steel tube from corrosion and erosion. Used primarily in storage tanks and marine environments, cast iron protected tubes come in round or square fin designs, with tube outer diameters typically being 38.1 mm or 50.8 mm. Available as straight tubes, walking sticks (J-canes), or U-tubes, these are excellent for applications requiring high durability.
